Here's a couple of pics for the Amazon collection. (If I've posted these before sorry I forget where!)
First one is of my rescued, featherpicked Blue crowned Mealy, Izzie. Prior to coming here, she sat in a corner of a closed bedroom for about 15 years. She has a lot of new green popping out! She hasn't molted much though in the almost 7 months she's been here. So I figure any old time now she will begin to molt and grow out a bunch of bright new feathers. All the old coverts on her wings are black and she's really ragged still but looking better. She is BIG weighs about 750 grams. Super gentle with me! She can really raise a noisy ruckus when I make her step up if she doesn't want to, but she's never once bitten me. She really seems to appreciate her new home here!
And one of my DYH "Heck Bird" (Hector).. had him since he was 5 weeks old now 21 years old and can be a hormonal handful sometimes! Especially now with Izzie the "other amazon" in my life now

...
Finally had to clip him yesterday after letting him be flighted the past 5 years or so. He could leap straight up nearly to the ceiling, then fly out over my head, straight for the Mealy's cage. Can't have that because it's obvious there could be serious trouble if they ever got together at this point in time anyway.
