Emergancy

I have a 8 year old orange winged amazon, and today he has been asleep all day, done 2 black diohrea droppings and has slepts on 2 feet at all time, not eaten or drank, i only found out about this as i got home just and mom rang vets but no where is able to take parrots, does anyone know of such a place in the west midlands?

Thanks for those, any advise while im trying to get through?

also now, hes not sleeping normally, hes standing on two feet, and keeps closing eyes also wobbling

I'd put him in some sort of a box and keep him warm, offer water and warm mashed food.

He needs to be kept warm 85-87 degrees and needs to drink some fluids, childerns unflavored pedialyte or gatorade mixed 50/50 with water will help.

Please keep us updated while you are looking for a vet.
