Does your amazon squeak n chirp?

Just wanting to know if this is normal. Maybe its because he is less stressed or something but my amazon kinda likes to spend quiet time beside me on the desk and when I talk to him he makes these squeaks and chirpy kind of noises? When he does this he is kinda fluffed up on one foot and looks relaxed so I am hoping this is good. I have never really seen him like this because I had never been able to spend more than a 1/2 hour lunch with him...

The fluffed-up, one foot is consistent with a nap. He is getting enough sleep at night?
How old is he?

The squeek is a baby noise they do. They do it less often as adults although I still hear it sometimes from my 4 year old female. Almost never from her mother. Thats just my experience. Usually it means they are content and happy.

I think he is around 10 yrs old so he's definately not a baby.

On the sleep portion, he was never covered before but in an office with open windows. We only worked one shift so we was alone for 16hrs a day and on weekends. So he probably didn't get enough sleep there but I cover him at least by 8pm and try not to wake him up in the morning till 8am.

My zon does not squeak or chirp. She does this soft little *ooooooooohhhherrrrrrr* sound for me. Its hard to describe - kinda like a purring type of noise.

Rico, my MRHA, is frequently chirping and squeaking. He generally does it when he appears relaxed. He is constantly holding a conversation with himsef. :0) He also naps multiple times throughout the day.
