This Looks Like a Mini-Amazon

This looks like a mini (Panama) amazon, don't you think?

Panama's have turquoise on the crown between the yellow and green. The beak is greyish horn with a dark tip. This pictured bird has a black smallish beak. Here's Tiki my Panama, he is small for an amazon but he is very stocky and strong. The pictured bird is fine boned.

The main difference is that the bird I posted is only slightly bigger than a budgie.

Let's see if anyone in here can tell.

I'll give you this hint: It's from South America (just like the most Amazons) and its size is only slightly bigger than a budgie.

Please remove. I prefer it's guessed by a regular poster instead of a mod.
