Question Yellow or Orange Winged

Is Baby Isis Yellow Winged Amazon or a Orange Winged Amazon or something else:

Baby Isis

The Yellow-shouldered Amazon is mainly green and about 33 cm long. It has a whitish forehead and lores, and a yellow crown, ocular region and - often - ear coverts and chin. The bare eye-ring is white. The thighs and the bend of the wing ("shoulder") are yellow, but both can be difficult to see. The throat, cheeks and belly often have a bluish tinge. As most members of the genus Amazona, it has broad dark blue tips to the remiges and a red wing-speculum.[1] Its beak is horn coloured.

The Orange-winged Amazon is a mainly green parrot about 33 cm (13 in) long and weighing about 340 gm. It has blue and yellow feathers on its head which varies in extent between individuals. The upper mandible is partly horn coloured and partly dark-grey. It has orange feathers in the wings and tail, which can be seen when in flight. The male and female are identical in external appearance.[1]

From what I see she is not a macaw at all, she is an orange wing amazon. She is young so may not have all her colors in yet either. But my guess is the Orange wing amazon LOL!

Isis has much more blue/purple on her forehead than Kiwi, our OWA does. Does Isis have the bright orange spots on her primaries or on her tail feathers when she *shakes her tail feathers*? Like Tammy said, her true coloring may not be all the way there yet...so I guess, I'm really no help, am I?!?

Have a picture of one of those also! Seems the Lilac Crown has the reddish about the beak. Baby Isis has a bit more orange on the bottom of her tail and her eyes sometimes get red. I do not see much yellow on top of her head as that Lilac glow. Under the wings she is a yellowish/light orange. She is just a bit over 1 year old.

I've seen blue on the face of yellow shouldered amazons, but the beak description makes her sound like an orange wing.

Looks like a Blue-Fronted Amazon

Found this photo of a Blue-Fronted Amazon. Isis looks like a BFA to me. When is she coming home with you?

She looks like an orange wing or an orange wing hybrid to me. She doesn't look like a yellow shouldered, blue front, or lilac crown. Amazons usually develop more color as they age.
