Red-winged Parakeet/Parrot

Ok, not a grass keet per se, but this was the closest forum I could find. I may be working with a red wing in the not too distant future. I'm having trouble finding much info on them (besides the VERY basics like from the lexicon of parrots) Has anyone here worked with/lived with one of these guys? Can anyone tell me anything about their personality? Common behaviors (besides the fact that they like to eat upside down - or that's what the Lexicon says LOL) I know they're related to the king parrot, but haven't had much luck finding anything out about them either. Anyone?

I'm sure I saw some at the bird fair last May, but I can't remember who was selling them. Are you from Australia?

ive just got a king parrot a few weeks ago. and i too have found it very hard to get much info on them. my avian vet had read about them but never saw one in the flesh before mine!
i can only tell you bout the king and they are a very independant bird more so than the normal parrot varieties on the market.and if yours are anything like the kings youll have your work cut out dealing with the little trouble makers lol ive delt with amazons greys and a few macaws and none could get themselves into more trouble than this little thing. hes even the boss over our dobermann gaurd dog lol
