Turk update

Forgot to say Zina and Turks eggs were infertile.
I had to physically remove Zina from the box to take it out. I've redone the aviary put the box back in and we'll see what happens. Apparently it's not unusual for these guys to have up to 3 infertile clutches before getting it right. The season's still going so possibly they may get it together otherwise there's always next year.

Maybe it's time to pull out the "educational" videos?

How do I put this, Turk knows what to do, just kinda stuffed up which end.
I only saw this happen once so I can't assume that he has absolutely no idea, yet.

I was surprised with my father's observation that Mom's Tiel Mo didn't have it all figured out.

That sounds pretty common for new beginners or even birds that are still a bit too immature.... with the infertile eggs and not knowing entirely how to get things straight!

New pairs or Turks are notorious for it. If their first batch had been fertile it would've been a shock. Zina is 3 and Turk is a year so age wise they're fine, but neither have had bubs before. Inexperience. Them not me, I spent 12years breeding budgies, tiels and lovies before I threw it away for 15 years. But that's another subject altogether. so...in short...
Galah, very much loved, PBFD, galah fell to pieces, I fell to pieces, just took time to go back to things again.
