Smile help identify this bird please

a friend recently purchased two birds from a breeder one is a budgie and the other the breeder said was a cross between a budgie and a parakeet? Here is the pic can u tell me what it is....i know i have seen it before but can't think of the name.
I know the one is a budgie but what is the little brown one?

looks like a bourke to me, "rosy bourke parakeet" that breeder told u a bunch of non sence

that's what i thought too, i didn't think budgies or any bird would breed with another species. I know you can cross a macaw with another macaw but not with a total different breed

It looks like a female Bourke's Parakeet....handfed babies are said to make affectionate pets.

Definitely a female bourke!!!! Got two sisters here! Lovely little birds! IMO, better than budgies as a first time bird! Calmer, more pieceful, and fantastic if handraised (although not necessarily handfed!)
