baby bird born without wings

I have red rumpeds and they have never hatched eggs. The mail is si colorful. They were given to me as a denist did not want then the lady that took them to save their lives. In turn she gave them to me. I believe they are 5 or 6 yrs old. I just love birds. I have outdoor feeders all ocer and habitat brush trees shrubs water all for birds. Love being surround by them. Hope I make sense
