Yeah! put a deposit on a princess of wales!

Do any of you peeps have a Princess of Wales and if so please share your stories and/or advice about them!

I do not have one but congrulations on yours! Is it a normal colored or one of the mutations? You have to show us pictures when you can!

Oh nice, I think I know the guy you are talking about. He has some beautiful babies. Think he was asking $225 last time I talked to him. Is he hand feeding?

yes he is handfeeding

they should be ready next week or so. Have you ever had one before or know a lot about them? Their disposition appears to be very laid back like my Pionus. They are so pretty.

congradulations, i have recently purchased a pair of natural coloured princess parrots for a meer $50, at only 2 years of age i am eager to breed them.
my advice to you as an australian and breeder of many species of australian parrots is: if you do not plan to spend every waking hour with this bird, buy it a companian preferabily another species of australian grass parrot, redrumps do well as they are of similar size, needs, habitat/diatary needs and sociability. even a small cockatoo e.g. galah or gang gang will do.
they make great pets and have a call that can bring even the coldest of souls to thier knees with joy.
