I believe the hens have white crowns or at least no blue.

that is why i'm a little confused on this one there is a dot of blue on the one side of his nose in the feather area but it's very hard to see you really need to look, and he's supposed to be a yr and a half so his coloring should be in

It takes a while before you can tell a male from a female bourke. How old is the bird? I would guess a male. Female's faces have more greyish color on them.

Considering the vibrancy of the other colors on his body, I would say that's a male. Hens tend to be duller in color and a little more grey.

Here's a couple pics of hens for comparison...

He and the female are supposed to be a yr and a half old, the other male i am not sure he's supposed to be a little older but they didn't say how much...i was supposed to have two normal males and two rosy females...sadly though shortly after getting them home i noticed the one rosy female acting strange. She died like a week after we got her home and i took her to the vet but he couldn't find anything...anyways.so now i'm down to three I was thinking of contacting the gal i got them from and asking if she had another female but i am a little embarrassed to ask.not saying she owes me another bird just looking for a female for the other male these are not tame and are breeders...
