As far as I know, there are no "rules" to breeding bourkes, although I'm not a breeder and haven't looked too indepth into breeding bourkes, either.
You could try setting up all the bourkes into one aviary, and see who pairs up with whom.

opaline bourkes are a sex-linked gene mutation so there can be no splits.
if you want to breed a good opaine road; opaline toopaline or opaline male to normal hen will all breed pure roseys. But i find top rosies can be bred from picking out the better quality stock and pairing them off. i have a male rosey who has a blue cap! no, not a blue-infusion but just a really nice male! Pinks are a recessive mutation so splits are very possible. so any other colour or normal bird to be paired with a pink no matter what the chicks are besides opaline. they will be split pink. pink males to cream hens work a treat as either a pink split cream or cream split pink are great birds colour wise to breed with. For creams, cream cock to normal hen produces the best creams. but there are no real genetic rules. Zac
