The greys would rather repeat son's end of a phone conversation that ring someone up. It makes for some interesting gossip though.
But ring-tones are a big thing here too. When the phones really do ring, I know because everyone starts saying 'hello'.
Have to agree though, it would be much easier just to carry the phone with.

My mother used to have a grey that had some foul language in his vocabulary, the foul words would be repeated by the bird in my sister's very voice (spooky) I wonder just who taught him those words?.........LMB
