I don't know about Purple Parrot but I ordered a Shark Ultra Steam Blaster (because of all the raving about steam cleaners on BB) from a site called I-Kitchen 19 BUSINESS DAYS AGO!
They clearly state (& reiterate) you must wait at least 15 business days before inquiring about your order. Well I waited and I can't even get a response as to whether the stupid thing is even available. Luckily they have not charged my card. I can't even one around here so I must go online. I feel your pain! ![]()

yeah no kidding i just got done emailing her and calling her, like five times over the last half hour, and i ordered "The Protector" from them on MARCH 17! I havent heard anything about my order but i am not sure she has charged my card yet but i am getting very angry!!!

Ok, I heard from her today finally. Here is a copy of the email I sent and the email I received today.
Hello, This will be my last email regarding this matter. I placed an order with your company on March 8th, 2008 - Order number 1000453 for one Beige Parrot Protector size Small for $24.95 plus $5.95 Shipping and Handling. I have since not received my order and spoke to you once regarding this issue whereas you said you were having difficulty reaching a distributor in my area but would send the product yourself. NOT! I have sent two emails and several telephone messages to no avail and with no response or returned calls from you. At this time I would like a response from you or a full refund within 24 hours. At the end of that 24 hours I will send you a bill and begin to contact every forum I am a member of to spread the word across the United States and other Internationally as well as authorities to report your bad business and Internet Fraud. I will ask all members to cross post this information to get it out to as many bird lovers as possible. Its a shame I mentioned it on my forum in the first place and others ordered from you as well. We are a tight nit group and once people know of a scammer they will spread the word quickly and warn others not to purchase from you. Now if this is a huge misunderstanding I will expect to have some sort of response from you or someone in your name in the next 24 hours and apologies will be spoken as needed. I can only hope you understand that my money is as valuable to me as word of mouth is to your business. Her response: Hi Lori, I'm sorry for not getting your order out in a timely manner but I have been sick at home with pneumonia. Your orders have been sent out and I am now back at work trying to get caught up. I hope you find our product satisfactory and again sorry for the delay. My response: Thank you so much, I am sorry for the last response. Had I known you were sick...but you had to see it from my end. I will be looking for my order. I will let the others know. We shall see - let me know if you get your orders!

She said she sent "the orders", (plural) out and I only ordered one thing so just let it go for a few days. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and hopefully she is just embarrassed by the whole thing and if you aren't threatening and complaining like me, lol, then she wont respond and just send your stuff.
