update on my bird eggs

well out of the 5 eggs only 5 hatched. 1 broke open but it was all dried up inside so i dont hold out much hope for the other 2 eggs. I think by now they would have hatched for sure. But the two little babies have got big so quick, it really amazing. I want these two to be hand tame so when will be the best time for me to pull them and start hand feeding them. i have hand feed many birds in the past,Senagal.blue and gold,eclectus,finch and so on but im thinking they were all right around 5 to 7 weeks when i got them.
Any tips or advice would be great
