Looking for a cockatiel breeder in NC?

I am looking for a cockatiel breeder that is close to Pitt County or Martin County (were I live) anywere near as long as it is not four or more hours away. I am looking for a companion for my cockatiel name Max she is only a year old. I want a price that is resonable and that I can afford ( I'm only 16 but get money from my parents). I am to get a big cage for her and the new guy if I can find one that is close enough.

You might be able to find a breeder close to you on www.birdsnways.com - go to bird search and type in your state and it will bring up all the breeders in that state.
www.avianbiotech.com is another good breeder site
www.petfinder.org has classifieds and rescues

Pitt, county... Is that near Greensboro? I'm 4-5 hours west of that, in Burlington, near Chapel Hill. My babies are almost 2 months from being ready to leave home though. I have family in Newport which is in Carteret county, near Emerald Isle. I think that would only be about an hour and a half from Greensboro. If you haven't found a bird before mine are ready to go maybe I can meet you halfway and show you mine. I'm more concerned about a loving home for my babies than a price.

NO . It's Greenville, NC I live about 45 minutes away from Greenville. I was interested in your offer but I saw the distance and I was . My father is not a long distance driver I wish I could I was really interested. I was looking for somebody closer. I read somewhere in this board that there was this women in Edenton, NC that is much closer. It is but 1 hour away from were I live. If I could just remember what the name was . Thank you for your offerd if you have any pictures of the birds I would really appreciate it .

There is a breeder in Edenton that breeds tiels. She's a very nice lady. I don't know if thats too far for you or not? Her name is Sarah Dulaney or Aguilar I believe. Heres her website

That was her !!!. Thank you very much I knew I had seen the web site before. No I don't think she leave far from me if she does lives in Edento then she live's but and hours drive from where I live .Thank you verry much .
