Budgie with bad feet

Hello again bird people!!! Another question for everyone, this time it is about my 5 year old budgie Soren. He has bad feet, the curl in and he walks on the side of them, he was born that way. He is a huge english budgie and wish i could breed him. Does anyone think it is genetic? Caused by bad incubation? Bad positioning in the egg? or is it just a deformed thing? Any answers are welcome!

Since there probably is no way of determining the cause of the bad feet, I would not breed him just in case genetics is the cause. Sorry.
