where can i find a breeder?

hi im pretty new here and i want to visit a breeder but dont know where!! can you guys help me? im located at USA,california in sandiego. if anyone know where the breeder is plz do tell me...want to purchase some bird for cheap.

she breed her birds in aviary at her backyard home? or she have her own breeding bussiness? i would like to visit her and want to know how much is her young budgie cost. i think i will email her for that. im also looking for a handfed cockatiel under $100 if posible. oh and thank you for telling me about this breeder

Too bad you don't live in my area of Fla.......I sell handfed weaned cocky youngsters fro $35 to $75 depending on color and discounts for multiple purchases BUT I DON'T ship....Sorry....

I must say that I did get a nice find (or a great bird), a 3 mutation cockatiel (recessive silver-pearl-pied) for $15 or $25 and was handraised by humans from the day she was born... I would suggest these breeders however I don't know anything about them nor have I ever met them, and am not sure if they ship...

Have you tried looking around San Diego for bird clubs who might have some breeders??? I'm sure that maybe a bird club may be able to help you out here and give you some local breeders of birds that you are looking for.
