throwing up??

i have 2 dyh zons and my female is throwing up her food its not alot it is only like once a day or so i had a breeder come over and check on her to make sure she was not sick and she said that she is just trying to prove to the male that she is ready to breed and feed the babies is this true or should i take her to the vet?? thanks so much angela
