Hello,

If there are any breeders in Georgia that might let my 'soon to be' 14 year old visit, please reply. He wants a pretty playful bird for his birthday. He thinks he wants a tiel, but, he also says that he likes the more colorful birds and is torn with the decision. I think he will be happier if he has a pretty bird that he can teach to talk. Please let me know if anyone, has suggestions or, is a breeder with birds to sale.
