I'm not certain what you're asking. If you're asking how to get her to breed, then you need to explain things a bit more. Where are they housed, what cage size, what nest box size/shape, where is the breeding cage/flight located? How old are the birds, what other type of bird surrounds them, how long have you had them, what is the amount of light they get, how much traffic or traffic noise in the area, are they a true pair - dna or surgically sexed, and on and on and on..?
More specifically, are you certain her chosen mate is male and she, a female? Is she bonded to the male - as in are they compatible? Have you had the pair vet checked? She might be too young if she's with a true male and they're bonded. Try moving the breeding cage, or providing a sight blind away from other birds... hmm just too many variables here to list wth the info you've provided.
I'm going on the assumption that since you have 7 (7? why the unpaired female?) and are breeding, that some of your other birds are breeding fine... so without more specific info from you, can't help ya.
