Tiels, Tiels, Tiels in Columbus, OH!

I breed cockatiels, fischer lovebirds, and maxi pionus. I specialize in cockatiels. What makes me different from other breeders is 1) I offer a written health guarantee 2) My parent birds actually see an avian vet for checkups 3) I only raise a clutch or two at a time and 4) I have a degree in zoology so I know what I'm doing :)

Why are these important?
1) Many breeders will simply tell you the bird is healthy, but if something happens, you've just lost your money and your bird! Our health guarantee states that we will refund the cost of the bird or give you another similar bird.
2) A lot of breeders are in it for the money - we're in it for the joy of working with new mutations and seeing our loving pets go to happy homes! That said, sometimes you find disreputable sorts who have never taken their birds to the avian vet. They could be carrying all sorts of diseases but appear perfectly healthy!
3) The more birds you have, the less time you have to spend with each one individually. It goes without saying that the more you play with a bird, the tamer it becomes. All our birds are happy, healthy, well socialized babies!
4) There's nothing worse than someone breeding birds just because they have a male and a female, or someone who treats their birds the way they were raised twenty years ago - seed, water, round cage, and no vet visits!

I currently work with the normal mutations of gray, cinnamon, lutino, pearl, and whiteface. I also have pastelface, dominant silver, and dominant yellowcheek. Prices range from $70 for normals to $400 for double factor dominant silver dominant yellowcheeks.

I currently have cockatiels on eggs. If you are interested please let me know. I start taking deposits at two weeks and they are usually all reserved by three weeks. This pair throws gray males, and any combo of lutino, cinnamon, and pearl females, all babies split whiteface.
