If one of the pairs seem to be paying too much attention to the other pair especially the males ... you can always place a visual barrier between the cage areas so they can not see each other but would be fine to hear each other. Sometimes, birds who can visually see other birds will direct too much attention to occupy themselves in that rather than paying attention to their mate and doing what they should be doing which would be courting and mating and all the good stuff you want them doing!!
