Looking for breeder SPD or SPO in WA

Hi, I'm desperately trying to locate the breeder of a bird I found recently in Philadelphia, PA.

His/her band reads "SPD" in "WA". Assume the WA stands for Washington state. I've checked on the yahoo group legbandnumbers, but so far, no luck. And just in case the metal imprint was damaged, I've also been checking under "5PD" and "SPO" and "5PO" but no luck. Do these breeder symbols sound familiar to anyone? I'd be so very grateful for any info. This little one is so sweet, I'd really like to reunite him with his rightful owners. They must be grieving for him.

Would appreciate any info on this breeder symbol or other suggestions as to places/sites I could try to locate this breeder. Thanks.

I've already posted found notices on 911 Parrot Alert- Lost & Found Parrot & Bird database, Report a Lost Bird or Found Bird and craigslist and a few other lost and found registries, but would appreciate any other suggestions as to where to post a found listing, too.

Thanks so much!

Just curious, but does the band have a tiny logo on it that might say "AFA"? If so, you can call them (afabirds.org) and they'll tell you who it is. All AFA logo bands are registered.

You might try the seattleparrots yahoo group. Maybe someone there will know.

I would assume SPO to be Spokane Washington.
