Found parakeet...

A beautiful little yellow & green parakeet ended up on my deck after a bad storm the night before. Can anyone help me try and find her owner? I think the # on the band is 073. She hasn't really been handled, I don't think. She's been with me now for about 3 weeks. I called the animal control officer and I'm going to take her to the exotic bird vet in Weymouth, MA this week. (my sister has been house sitting while I have been out of the country on vacation) I have tried to learn a lot about them. She is an older bird no stripes, she's molted. I got a cockatiel cage but she doesn't like being moved locations. I've been trying to read as much as I can. I bought her a lot of toys. I had them when I was younger but it's been a while. Any advise? Is there a better parakeet site? This seems to be all big birds...
