Making toys is one of the things that I love most about owning parrots. To me, it is fun to sit with my fids and let them pick out certain colors or items and me make toys using that for them. It is also way cheaper. California Bird Nerds and Birdy Boredom Busters seem to be two of the best sites, and I often find really good deals at craft stores, Wal-mart, and at bird fairs.
