Morgan (CAG) is still letting feathers come in and get to a certain length and wack ..she shreds them. This inspite of having shredders and all things to play with, even straws corn cobs etc. I have come to terms with that, that is her and I don't care if she has one feather as long as she is still here. Cory (pacific split to blue parrottlet) is fine, Morgan must have got his beak on one of my trips up north while hubby was watching them, and he has a split on his beak, and the other side is marked so you can see where she bit him. It doesn't stop him from anything and is doing fine. Eats veggies great, seed, and my earlobe.
On a sadder note, it has been 6 weeks since Sara left and is doing great in her new home, I still can't think of her without tears flowing. I still ache from missing her so, what a hole there is in my heart.

My hubby on the other hand is happy as can be (no heart), and the dynamics of the house has changed so much. It is quite, calm again, and I have time to take my grandson on field trips and now have a new baby grandson as of 6/10. So, I have been kept busy, but when Ii'm not my mind drifts to my Sara whom I will forever miss.
Enough of this, I just wanted to check in, Ingrid I miss you, sorry I missed your call. Mary I hope Ethel , Lucy, and lady Bart are fine. Nancy and your flock I hope all is well there. Greah I hope your flock is fine also, I miss hearing about Miss Ruby and Gracie. Major and all I hope you guys are all fine. I will be fine someday, when this whole in my heart heals.
