Caesar's such a cutie. He looks really mad at your boyfriend's feet. I hope he washed his beak after that
I held a greencheek yesterday at a birdshow. They are adorable! Is he a greencheek? I have a hard time telling them from a blackcapped.

Very cute video...
Maybe it's because I've become something of a "what if" kind of person, but be I'd careful doing or encouraging that behaviour. Now I'm not saying (and I pray) that nothing even remotely bad will happen, but think of the outcome if sweet little Caesar got a little too serious and decided to remove that little web of skin between 2 of yer BF's toes. Pardon the play on words, but the resulting knee-jerk reaction could very easily mimic the punchline for that cruel joke about what ya get when ya cross a pet owner with a crazed soccer fan. That behaviour could also escalate in ways you may not like. I'm sure you don't want Caesar to think he should be defending you from your boyfriend. That isn't the only possible problem..... I don't know if any bacteria or fungi that commonly inhabit the skin & nails of human feet can transfer & survive on the face or in the mouth of a bird, but considering the adaptability of some of those organisms & composition of a bird's beak, I wouldn't think it completely impossible. (Stranger things have happened!) Beyond the possible health threat to the beloved pet & the accompanying veterinary expenses that would ensue, think of the embarrassment: To be the one responsible for giving a pet bird the first recorded case of Athlete's Beak.
