fruit and veg. seeds

Hi' I hope someone can clear this up for me. Can our fids eat fruit and veg. seeds? I know apple seeds and the rind of cantaloupe are bad for them, but I don't know about things like squash, watermelon,peppers etc. Thanks in advance. Joan
