Cheap DNA Sexing

Birdsrusintampa.com

These guys offer $5 for each sample. Are they 4 real? Has anyone had their bird sexed by them?

I think their website is a little shady, I'm skeptical...

BUT, I did see a bird sexing apparatus at the Bird Show in Port Richey today! It was a pendant that you hold above the birds head and depending on the swing, it's a boy or girl!
How's that for accurate! LMAO!

They were sellling them for $15! I think my outright guess is more accurate!

All I know is what I've read from others who have used them. Don't use them, they are usually wrong. I'd much rather spend the $20.00 and get a true result from a qualified lab such as AMR. I also know people who swear by the pendulum!

Yes! You just take a piece of string and tie it to a crystal...if it swings back n forth its a boy, in a circle its a girl...

Back in the old days, women would do the same thing over their pregnant bellies, using their wedding ring on a string....to tell the sex of the baby.

I just had my vet send in a blood sample. I just can't pull myself to clip Spencer's toenail enough to make it bleed. That would just hurt me too much.
