help w/ Cage decorating please

I have Dandy in a cage that is pretty big and it's just her in it but I don't want to move her to a smaller cage but she is always having a hard time reaching her toys and getting from one place to another and also the space at the bottom is wasted because she doesn't go down there. Any suggestions on how she can reach toys better? When I hang them from the top there to high. I've included pictures Also she is hormonal right now so I've been trying to change things around a bit it seems to keep her interested in that instead of doing naughty things to her rope perch. I know in these pics there's alot of toys so I can also calm that down a bit. And she doesn't like swings but I think that's because I can't place them in there good.
Top part of cage

Bottom part of cage only goes down for water

With that tall of a cage, I would break it up into two levels. Move one main perch higher so he can get to the toys hanging from the top. Maybe make that one a wooden perch so that you could put eye screws in the bottom to hang toys for the lower area.

Then have another main perch in the lower part of the cage with a boing or ladder running between the two. This gives him access to the whole cage and if you hang toys on both levels, interesting things to do on both levels.

All I can suggest is more perches, and like dyeman said, try hanging some toys from perches (I do this occasionally, especially when one of the cages does not have a wire top). You can also hang toys from those wire shelves inside the cage!

Those are good ideas about hanging toys from perches and from the platforms but I was just worried if she walks on the perch her getting caught in the toys but I guess that can happen if she hangs from the top also.

You also mentioned that you were trying to distract her from doing "the naughty" with her rope. Is that a bad thing? If it feels good and she's not hurting any one...go for it.

The problem is that it encourages egg laying.... We can't punish them for wanting to feel good, but we should discourage and definitely not do anything to encourage. Yes, they're birds, they do the naughty and lay eggs, it's all natural..... but it can cause complications and health issues, especially in pet birds, who may not necessarily get the correct levels of vitimins and minerals to healthily lay eggs.

Yeah that is what I was worried about was egg laying because once she starts doing that to the perch she does it often so it's not just occasional but she doesn't do it everyday just off and on.
