getting Babies Out of Nest
Today im picking up 3 lovebird babies out of nest, the older one is 3 weeks old. I've never started hand-feeding a baby that late. Will he accept the formula. Will he be naturally tame, or will he become hard to control when he reaches adult hood.

If you don't have experience, then leave them be.
If you do, 3 weeks is not too late though the chick may start out harder to feed at first than one that is younger. You may need to do several forced handfeedings before he gets the idea that that is the only way for him to get food. If you handle him, yes he will be tame.
