Hi,
I'm new here. I just adopted the most adorable Lutino Ringneck today. He's one and a half years old, and bonded with him right away! He's still sitting in his cage and getting used to his new environment. So far, he's started talking, saying his name, flew out to me when I left the room, and eating... I've spoken with his previous owner and am all filled-in with my birdy's history, etc. I'm just wondering if anyone had any advice on anything I should know about a bonding with a previously owned ringneck? Thanks! ![]() |

JMO I think the biggest thing is to show him he can trust you. But by your post saying when you left the room he followed sounds like things should be fine. I just love that Majestic look RN's have and good luck. Also glad to see you took in a bird in need of a new home.
