lil budgie found

hey guys , today as i was going to get my car examined to get a paint job , something green flew by me , so i started to look around and there in my car flew alil green -yellow budgie , all wet and worn out , he looked so sad , i quickly took my jacket off and covered him , after a 50 min car ride back home , i clipped his lil wings washed him up , gave him some baby mash to confort him and placed him in a aquarium with a heat pad , sunny my other lil found budgie is axious to meet ''lucky ''the new lil guy :)

I wonder why he was wet... Glad you caught him! I am wondering though if maybe someone lost him???

I asked around and put up some adds ill leave them there for 1 month atleast meanwhile ill care for the lil guy , if no one claimes him he'll become sunny's lil buddy , he was wet because here in montreal it was raining and very cold-damp type thing , he kinda looks like an english budgie hes much bigger than sunny and has a crest on is forhead lol, hum i wonder

Sounds like he might be! When he gets better, I hope to see some photos! Maybe when he's well and is next to Sunny we can see a size difference? Who knows though, maybe if you can't find his original owner, you may have a new little guy!

Make sure you keep the new bird quarantined before you introduce him to the others...

Well the real owner conatcted me and told me this:'' I dont want anything to do with that bird al he does is make noise and make a mess , so i let him go ''

when he said this i immidiatly yelled at him and told him ill kepp his bird and treat him the way ure supossed to , so lucky is now mine and yes owner said hes a mix of regular harlequin budgie and half english budgie :) yea a hybrid , and yes hes in quarentine hes also going to the vet in a week or so :)

LOL! He's not quite a hybrid, but I understand what you are saying! It would be kind of like breeding two different breeds of dogs together, you'd get a 'mutt'. I'd love to see photos, though!

hey guys well lucky is doing great , he went for his check up and hes clean and healthy so hes in with sunny now and they love eachother yeah :)

here the pic , sunny is on top next to his mirror and lucky is the floresnt green one on the bottom :) sorry pics not the greatest:)
