Paint Preferences?
Just curious...
Does your parrot seem to have a paint preference? Does he prefer the color of your kitchen over the color of the living room, etc., if he shows any interest at all. If so, what color does he prefer, and what species is he? I think it would be interesting to know.

My babies don't like yellow either. I feed them zupreem and they won't eat the bannana shaped ones because they are yellow. (i'm guessing)....it used to be the orange ones though. Wonder why they do that?

Nope. I haven't noticed any color preferences for any of these guys except for when I feed Zupreem and they all dissed the purple ones.

That's really interesting! It seems Lily likes yellow and red colors the best. My bedroom is painted a yellowish-orange color.. (I can't find the exact one online, but it looks a lot like Behr's "Desert Glow") and Lily really seems to enjoy that color moreso than any other color in the house, except my closet. It's painted red and Lily really loves playing on her boing in there.
She just really seems to flourish when she sees those colors. She also prefers them on her toys, but she'll play with anything that's shiny or colorful.

On that end my birds seem to enjoy colorful toys and any wood that is yellow in color is ignored. It is usually the only piece left untouched on a chew toy.
They also love anything shiny, metalic like.

My bird is such a "weirdo" he likes any color, any time, except on his car...I got him this racecar, it has a handle on the back of it, its yellow, cause he has yellow on him, it matches his color perfectly, I thought he would have fun standing on the back of the car while I *slowly* drove it. He is that kinda bird, ya know? (caique) well, he sees that thing, screams like a girl, and runs and hides.
