With winter coming I have a lot of squashes of different types. Does anyone know the best way to keep them for winter. I use the zuchinni in birdie bread so when I freeze it I just need to add less water. I have some acorn and butternut squash that I'd like to feed them through the winter as well and wondered if anyone has been able to keep them fresh through the winter without freezing. Also do you cook them and feed them the guts and seeds of these varieties. Thankyou Joan
