Amazon on TV

Yesterday as I passed through the dining room, I heard a bird on TV. Stopped dead in my tracks, and saw "Poncho" a 39 y/o DYH amazon on the Ellen Show. He was awesome! He sang "I Left My Heart In San Francisco". Any body else see him?

I didn't see Poncho but a friend of my sent me an attachement that if I could figure out how to post here I would. It was a clip froma Animal Planet where there was an african grey named Einstein making animal noises on command and answering questions. It was just amazing.

Einstein is actually quite popular over the internet! The video of him is on MANY websites, so here is one!

Einstein is incredible! I actually taped that episode of Pet Star...in hopes that someday maybe Ollie can learn some of Einstein's routine! I wish I could have seen that Ellen episode! Even after owning a tiel for so many years, and now that I finally have my cag, parrots that can talk like that just continue to amaze me! I get goosebumps every time...

I saw both the Ellen show and the Petstar show- Einsten was wonderful, and Poncho was hilarious!
