Miracle Birdie Poop remover!!!

When I first heard about this I thought there was no way it was going to be this easy, but it is! Get a squirt bottle and fill with 50% white vinegar and 50% water. Shake well and squirt onto birdie poops. Let sit for about
1 or 2 minutes and then wipe with a wet sponge. The poops just wipe off with NO need for elbow grease at all! Afterwards I then sanitize everything with my steamer.

Well, it works but it stinks. That's why I use GSE (Grapefruit seed extract) and water. There is NO smell at all and it works amazingly well. Not only that, but its an excellent disinfectant. On small bottle will keep most cages clean for a year if you only have one or two birds. You mix 25 drops of GSE with a quart of water and that's all there is to it.

Hi! Where can I order the GSE? I have poop-off, but this sounds a lot cheaper.

GSE is the BOMB! Thanks again for that OUTLAW - here's a cheap way to get it! Usually you get half the amount for this price ... this will last you much longer.

I use vinegar to clean around the house but I also use GSE. I use GSE as sort of a poop shield I make kinda a greasier mixture and spray it on the grate and then when I clean it it seems to come of easy.
And I agree I love the ringneck!

Hi All! Thanks so much for the tip about GSE!!! I went to Vitamin World and bought a bottle....it is the most awesome cleaner that I have ever tried! There is no odor, it MELTS all of the "stuff", and was on sale as well! It also did a great job on the floor around the playstands as well. I have used so many different things to clean and this is the best so far!
