Either a starling. You can see the blueish color comming in from its pin feathers. But it couls just be my computer... Let me see if I can google a baby...

I think it's a starling... is it just the camera, or does the new plummage look a little blue... maybe it's just my computer...

Starlings are kind of ugly as chicks... but I've heard they make great pets and excellent talkers..

Yeah, it's a Starling....
While they're impressive for their ability to survive & multiply, their voracious consumption of insects and their mastery of mimicry, I still class them as an invader species. Sure it can be argued that they aren't really an invader because they were deliberately released, but let's remember, it was by (IMHO) a fool, with absolutely no legal authority to do so... and worse, a complete lack of understanding of the vast consequences of his actions and the heavy price our native birdlife would pay for introducing such an aggressive nesting species. They're so prevalent across North America now, it's almost hard to believe they all started from those original 60 pairs released in Central Park NY by that criminally deluded Shakespeare fan just over 100 years ago.
