Pete'y needs a ride

Hey everyone, would any of you bird lovers know if there is anyone that would transport pete'y the parakeet from nabraska to portland ore. Or anywhere near. My sis had to leave him because the airlines wouldnt let her bring him with. She misses him so. Even ideas about shipping. Please advise. Thanx so much!!

I'm not sure if your sister has arrived in Portland. But most airlines will allow you to transport a bird in a carrier if the carrier will fit under the seat. The only airline that I know of that will not allow this is Southwest. So your sister might want to either change airlines if that is the airline or contact Continental Airline because they will allow shipping counter to counter in a standard carrier. I believe that it's around $150 for that.
