Parrot (in UK) Did NOT Have H5N1

As if needed, here is more proof that the "media" always gets it wrong. ThisLINK LINK LINK points to an article that makes it clear that it was a shipment of Taiwanese mesias that brought with them the H5N1, not the poor Surinamese Blue-Headed Pionus. Drudge Report is headlining an article refering to this incident in England, & using a picture of an Ara Ararauna, or Blue & Gold Macaw as a "catcher" graphic. Please go to http://www.drudgereport.com and use the "Send News Tips To Drudge" box (third column, a bit down), and let them know that it is irresponsible to use this graphic, in an article about birds of Taiwanese origin.

I emailed them. Are they even credible? The site looks like the result of a ten year old with some rudimentry html knowledge.

EDIT
Oh, just links to real sites, sort of like fark. Their programmer mistyped the link for the report so it doesn't even come up.

Check it out - They changed the picture!!! It's now a bunch of chickens instead of a blue & gold
