Some birds do, some don't. The only beak I can touch without a bird freaking out or having a hissy fit is Noel's. She of course lets me trim her beak (she's an older conure that was attacked by a ferret several years ago... she's somewhere around 15yrs old) when it's needed, and will occasionally let me give her meds if she needs 'em (which is something she normally hates!). In the least bit, she trusts me quite a bit considering all that she has gone through.

Ollie loves it, which is a good thing, because she seems to always have dried food on there that I have to scrape off...
My tiel also doesn't mind it, as long as he is in a good mood...

Pumpkin loves it. I would hold Pumpkin's beak when he/she was biting me, then I would rub it and kiss him/her. Now, I can say,"Gimme that beak" and he/she will either stand still or lean his/her head forward so that I can rub it.
