Buteo, it's a paint "airgun", applied by using your own breath to spread the paint on said object at the other end... if you look close enough... it's basically a red bulls-eye with a purple ring...

Personally, I'd never do anything like that to my pets either... which is why it kind of amazes me that people actually do that... I sometimes wonder for fun, or to make them more "pleasing" to the eye... either way, I don't know, and I don't care for it... although, I do have to say that there was one design that I did like...

He had that black "mohawk", and on his left leg, there was a big of black going down the side, intermingled with red/orange "stripes" or "spikes" which did look nice. Still, it's not something I'd do...

actually, its the correct size. The smaller size is for budgies, and.. well, needless to say, shes not THAT small. Birds, like humans, aren't made in categories...

And personally, as for fly-aways, I don't really trust velcro in the saftey of keeping my bird if she freaks out and throws herself into it.

But, I did attempt it!
