Oh that sucks! But was good to know.
Breeders need to always be careful about screwing people because they never know when it will come back to bite them. In this case, it may have for Gail.
They say that one happy customer can bring you 1000 new customers but one unsatisfied customer can turn away 10,000 prospective customers. Bad news travels fast.
