My new baby!
Some of you know that I recently visted a 2 1/2 year old mealy amazon named Caesar. The family and I went to visit him Sunday and he likes my hubby better right now but that's because the husband takes care of him....the wife doesn't really like him at all. He came to me but pinched me a couple of times before he would. When he got to me, he said hi and hello to me and when I wasn't holding him, acted like he wanted me to hold him...he would lean over to me. The owner called and said that Caesar reacted better to us than anyone and he really feels that Caesar will be happier with us so we get to get him on Saturday morning! I get to have him for Christmas! I'm so excited. He's my first big bird....Gryf, my sennie is the biggest I have at the moment so it will definately be different having a bird that big but thats what I've been wanting. He's just so amazing and has such a wonderful, fun personality. He and my husband were teasing each other. It was quite the site! Anyway, I just thought I would share! I'll be taking pictures of all of the fids this weekend so I will post them all probably on Monday.

Congrats on the new addition! It's good to hear that he's getting a good home, and it looks like you've added another Christmas bird here!
