Talking guess who decided to play in bed with me?

Tiny has come such a long way that I had to share these pictures with everyone. Yesterday while I was starting to clean my bed room, here comes tiny walking into my room to see me. I was so touched because he had to climb off of his cage and go through the hall, through the living room to find me. The is quit a feet because tiny has never been in my bedroom before, so he may have search for a few minutes to find me. So I put him on the bed and we played,,,,he even was prunning my arm hair. I almost had him rolling over for me, but I settled for rubbing his belly. I am just so happy that this is Christmas early for me. Don't look at the mess of my bedroom, it did not get done since Tiny decided to play so it is all of his fault Also don't pay any attention to how skanky I look either because it was cleaning day and who wears makeup and does their hair on cleaning day

Chris, you can buy a inexpensive gram scale at Walmart in the kitchen section for around $20. We then built a small PVC stand that will sit in the flat tray. It works really well though we did have to take duct tape and secure the tray to the scale because it was a little wobbly and the big birds would flap and then it would fall. Once we got the tray stable we haven't had a bit of problems with it. Hope this helps.

We got our scale at Longs, for less than $40. I think they might be a bit better to their employees than walmart, but I dont know if you have them where you live. Still, any med sized drug store probably has one in the kitchen section that does grams. Ours does grams or lbs, and has a flat round top. Our macaw will sit on the flat surface just fine, at least for long enough to get a weight for her. I just have to put it near enough to the table edge so that her tail hangs over, so it doesnt sit on the table & throw off the weight reading. Re Tiny - He's very regal looking! And who cleans their bedroom, anyway? (With 6 cats sleeping in there 24/7, along with 2 humans and 5 birds (at night) I hardly bother anymore.)
