Budgie Wins Cross-Stitching Award

According to this article, LINK LINK LINK this budgie picked up the habit of cross-stitching from spending time with her human companion. Just what special skills would your psittazen companions display from the time they spend with you?

Oh well that's easy, Maya has already learned to type...well actually not type but to try and pick up the keys on my keyboard. I'm afraid that compared to that budgie my Maya has a learning disability

Humphrey is a budding computer expert. Since Humphrey is cage-free, on the days that my husband is not home (he normally works at home), I will come home to Humphrey's bizarre computer experiments. The other day she searched google for 4444444444444444444444444444?>LLl><,......gggggggg

or something like that. Once she actually managed to start a new message in my email, but didn't manage to send it!

Berta has learned to mangle the TV remote control buttons. Ummm tasty!
I'm just not sure if that means she's trying to imitate my husband's TV watching habits, or if she's imitating her mommy's campaign to get daddy to watch less TV by destroying the device that turns the wicked machine on.....

Well, I am quite certain that my fids can not cross stitch.

I do have to say my quaker has learned to dance to the beat AND play the drums (his is a wooden toy) just like his mommy does :)
