Those were the good old days at my old job. I told it like it was to people, and if they didn't like it tough cookies. I had a great store manager who supported me in all of it, but she left to have a baby and we got some idiot from some other retail store who had never owned pets before and decided my "telling like it is" was hurting business. So after a long story, I quit.
