Well I do have a grey on my list and I know that some day I will have one, but for now, Joel's temptations are at bay because of the distance, if he shipped then I'd be in trouble. I'm clearly not ready for a grey. I still am scared of them. I'd have to get one that is still being fed and then take over the handfeeding for me to feel completely comfortable with him. Also, Berk is so loud and hyper that I don't think a grey would fair well in my house now. Maybe when Berk is a bit older

Aww, Lori, he is so adorable! What about the name Azure? Or Azuri? That's just off the top of my head, I spend hours online researching names for my own birds.

I like the name, Blue, however, I know what you mean about one syllable names. Even though Peeps responds to her name, she thinks her name is actually Pee Pee Bird. It was the first phrase she learned and that's what we normally call her.

Last year, I had a new boss. I was at lunch with my boss and her boss. Her boss is pretty high up in the company and runs our London office. We were at dinner and I was kinda nervous because I was meeting him for the first time and my co-worker was not able to come...she had to back out. We were talking about our pets and I was telling him that she had just learned to say her name. His reply was, "What's her name?" I felt like such a goofball!

There was a baby BH Pionus at the pet store near be and they just struggled with naming him....
He ended up with Neptune since he's blue and green like the ocean.

I also liked the name Indigo or Indie for short since his head is blue.

Whatever name you go with Lori, he's a beautiful bird and with all the love you'll give him he's going to be a happy boy :)

What a beautiful baby you have there...I love pionus. They so look like a hawk or somethign to me..it's thier eyes I think?

I am so jealous you got another bird...ugh all this bird fever and all I wind up catching is a cold!!
