Exclamation Diet help!

So, Paco is a secondhand DYH zon, that came to me on a not so good diet, consisting of lots of sunflower seeds and peanuts. UGHHH. I switched him over instantly to a higher quality seed, sunflower free. I recently have been taking the peanuts out of his seed. He looks a little pudgy to me.
He refuses to eat about 70% of fruits and veggies I offer him- mangos, payaya, pineapple pomegrantes, blueberries, raspeberries, corn, corn on the cob, sprouted seed, peas, hardboiled eggs, eggfood,etc....... the list goes on and on. He does show an interest in strawberries, so I went out and bought a whole bag of frozen ones, hoping to get him to eat at least something healthy. I have 3 different kinds of birdie bread in the fridge- birdie muffins with mango, papaya, pineapple, and strawberries, then a birdie carrot cake, with applesauce, carrots, coconut, etc in it, then little "yam balls" little balls with millet, oats, yams, and eggshells- he refuses ALL of these! This is a bird that turns his beak up at MILLET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So- he does like cooked/ soft foods. I have been giving him unsweetend applesauce, he will eat some of that, yay. He only likes carrots if they are shredded, and thats occasionally. I did get him to eat some salad- but only because I was sitting on the floor, eating it and he wanted to know what I had... and it had dressing on it, not too good. Unfortuantly, that keep away tatic hasnt worked since.
I have started to put him on a loose feeding schedule- he gets seed at night, and seed in the morning ( for around 2 hours, since he "picks" at it) and then fruits/veggies in spurts during the day- in hopes that it will encourage him to eat something HEALTHY!
I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Advice, tips tricks! Last night I made some brown rice, cooked up some beans, and corn, and am mixing it all together- feeding it for breakfast this morning. And the verdict at that is..... beaks turned upwards!
